Established in 2010, SER Group was formed from a dedicated team of specialists who have worked within the hospitality sector for many years.
With over 40+ years of combined experience, working within the hospitality sector throughout the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
SER Group have 3800 m2 (40,000 sq ft) of warehousing space at our disposal.
Fully owned and in-house managed clean and dry warehousing with high security alarms and Motion activated CCTV. We have the most up to date stock management system implemented, this allows us to track individual items to exact locations within the warehouse.
Our teams are fully responsible for all of their actions, especially in a Live environment, where disruption must be kept to a minimum. We achieve low impact on the day to day running of the Hotel.
We are continually monitoring all of our operatives for how they complete their allocated tasks. We continually discuss any issues with the operatives at our monthly meetings. This enables the teams to offer best services and to achieve excellence in all areas.

Due to the experience within the team each member is fully trained take care in Removals and make sure there is no damage caused to the Hotel environment. All Items restored or refurbished, will be completed to the highest, to enable the Hotel to re-use the older items.
